was one of the first Westerners to train in taiko drumming with "KODO" in Japan. Since founding "Skin to Skin" in 1995 he has continued to train with many other African teachers in the UK, Europe, Ghana and The Gambia, and returns to West Africa as often as possible, to re-immerse himself in the source of this marvellous music. |
